Josie serves on the Board of Directors of the Addiction Treatment Advocacy Coalition and Women’s CEO Global Alliance. Josie is co-founder of the Admissions and Marketing Symposium and Founder of the C-Suite Symposium. Villareal and Associates, Inc is a national marketing and events agency established in 2000.
Josie found her true purpose through spiritual practice and mastering her intuition with the Archangel Gabriel and his direct guidance. Along with owning the treatment center, and consulting firm, Josie has ventured into her very own Satori Center for Well-being. Focusing on wellness and spiritual alignment is the natural expansion of her personal and career path. Tiffany Rose is a highly trained teacher of a wide variety of yoga styles and has a strong passion for healing and wellness. Her unique style of yoga includes instruction in a beginner friendly class, strong vinyasa, prana vinyasa, primal/creative movement, gentle, restorative, yin etc. Tiffany is a native to the desert of Palm Springs, Calif. When she is not traveling the globe she is here in her hometown teaching and sharing her knowledge and practice. Her career as a yoga instructor is more than just a daily job, It’s a lifelong commitment she has made to personal development, self-discovery, and continuous training. The natural world is where she receives most of her inspiration from. Believing that we are not separate from nature we are connected and impacted by the natural environment.
Tiffany is always making deeper connections with the earth by getting outside! Whether that means she is rock climbing to the top of a 200 ft. rock or walking through a forest, these are all forms of moving meditations. She lives and breathes a healthy lifestyle and as a guide for others she makes it a high priority to influence healthy active lifestyle choices. Nutrition is another major part of her life and she is in the process of getting her holistic nutrition certification. Also working on sustainable farm to form a better understanding of the food we put into our bodies. Her main focus when teaching is to share her most authentic self in hopes of inspiring others to do the same. She guides her students to feel, explore, and discover themselves.
The spiritual journey through yoga, meditation, nutrition is ultimately a personal journey and it is important to be kind to yourself and be open to growth and change. Tiffany believes that your appearance in a pose is not as important as how you feel in the pose. She makes sure that her students feel comfortable enough to enjoy their body and focus primarily on their practice. She seeks a life to serve others through healing, educating and inspiring. Hoping to bring more love, kindness, and awareness to our planet that we share.

Juliana has also been professionally trained in crystal & stone healing and is a Certified Addictions, Grief and Spiritual Counselor and Lifestyle Coach. Juliana brings together traditional psychology and psychotherapy techniques along with chakra healing, energy healing, eastern mindfulness philosophy and practices and many other holistic health modalities to help others heal and restore their physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being. Juliana has over 20 years experience working with adults and children of all ages as well as adolescents, families and groups.
Because of Juliana’s personal journey of self-discovery through healing from past traumas and addictions, she offers a more intimate, hands on approach so that each individual she works with can relate and connect with her making their own personal experience very dynamic, powerful and intimate. Clients have seen results and benefits in just one session. Client’s see such drastic changes in their own personal and professional lives from working with Juliana, they can’t help but to start booking weekly sessions with her and referring their friends and families!
Dr. Ray Montella
Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Ray comes to Satori with a true depth of experience in counseling, therapy and group facilitation. Dr. Ray’s passion for counseling shines through his work and educational history. In the early to mid 2000s, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Services from University of Phoenix. He went on to facilitated Domestic Violence and Sexual assault groups for a Hawaii Social Services agency for over 7 years.
Inspired by his experiences in social services, he went on to earn his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University in San Francisco. Since graduating in 2008, he has been a primary therapist at three local treatment centers including Desert Palms, Michael’s House and Alta Mira. He is currently serving as the Clinical Supervisor for ATS.
